Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Roll Shop Area in Big Steel Plant. Must be familiar for Overhauling, servicing, and fitting of guides and stands in LP roll shops. Assemble new guides and new stands as per set procedures. Dismantle the spare parts from guide. Strip out rollers and inserts from guide, clean, wash. Strip out bearings from guide, wash and inspect for reuse. Perform service, maintenance and overhauling of guide. Assemble guide. Assembly or buildup of stand. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.

Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Ladle Technician in Big Steel Plant. Must be familiar for Changing slide gate plates, repair of complete slide gate with required tools. Prepares slider plates, mixes, and applies mastic-sealing compound over the boss of the bottom plate, fits it and ensures good seal, locks in position. Assembles the slider plate, closes the slider, fixes stroke-limiting bolt and fixes the collector nozzle. Cleans metal/slag from the bore of plates, inner nozzle, and cleans the face of the porous plug using an oxygen lance. Changes the ladle inner nozzle, as necessary. Removes old nozzle using required tools. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years. Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) Operator in Big Steel Plant. Operate the control panels outside the pulpit to its maximum efficiency. Control and operate pay off reel, coil verification and preparation, vertical and horizontal centering, coil loading and preparation of head end. Filling all coils numbers in the shift logbook. Operate CGL entry section and automatic seam weld. Operate and maintain continuous annealing furnace and maintain the strip temperature. Zinc coating control and zinc bath management as per standard procedures. Charging of zinc ingots using pendent crane. Operate Galvanizing process section including cooling tower, water quench, skin pass mill, tension leveler & chromate coater as per standard procedure. Operate CGL exit section and maintain the produced coils with identification. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.

Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Cold Reversing Mill Operator in Big Steel Plant. Operate the control panels outside the pulpit of to their maximum efficiency . Control and operate pay off reel, Hot rolled pickled coil verification and preparation, vertical and horizontal centering, coil loading and preparation of head end for the 1st pass rolling. Perform emulsion nozzles check and identify the defective nozzles for rectification according to set procedures. Emulsion preparation and maintaining the emulsion parameters . Thorough knowledge of cold rolled strip defects and pickled coils defects. Operate the strapping machine and changing the strap bundle as required. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.
