Specialty Restaurant Chef

We are recruiting a Specialty Restaurant Chef to lead culinary operations in one of our themed restaurants onboard the cruise ship. This role involves designing specialty menus, training kitchen staff, and ensuring unique dining concepts are executed perfectly. Candidates should have one to two years of specialized culinary experience and strong English communication skills. We offer a comprehensive package, including free food, accommodation, medical benefits, and transportation, with a schedule of 6 months duty and 2 months leave rotation on a 3-year contract.
