Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) Operator in Big Steel Plant. Operate the control panels outside the pulpit to its maximum efficiency. Control and operate pay off reel, coil verification and preparation, vertical and horizontal centering, coil loading and preparation of head end. Filling all coils numbers in the shift logbook. Operate CGL entry section and automatic seam weld. Operate and maintain continuous annealing furnace and maintain the strip temperature. Zinc coating control and zinc bath management as per standard procedures. Charging of zinc ingots using pendent crane. Operate Galvanizing process section including cooling tower, water quench, skin pass mill, tension leveler & chromate coater as per standard procedure. Operate CGL exit section and maintain the produced coils with identification. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.
