Shall have a Diploma or High School. Must understand and speak English language. Shall have a minimum of Six (6) years of direct experience as Cold Reversing Mill Operator in Big Steel Plant. Operate the control panels outside the pulpit of to their maximum efficiency . Control and operate pay off reel, Hot rolled pickled coil verification and preparation, vertical and horizontal centering, coil loading and preparation of head end for the 1st pass rolling. Perform emulsion nozzles check and identify the defective nozzles for rectification according to set procedures. Emulsion preparation and maintaining the emulsion parameters . Thorough knowledge of cold rolled strip defects and pickled coils defects. Operate the strapping machine and changing the strap bundle as required. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with Steel Plant will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years.
