QC FLOOR INSPECTOR

We are looking for a QC Floor Inspector to join a leading dairy producer in Saudi Arabia. The role involves performing chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory analyses on incoming raw materials and ingredients to confirm they meet company standards before they are released. The inspector will maintain daily lab analysis records, prepare damage reports, and monitor the shelf life of stored ingredients alongside the warehouse and logistics teams. Additional duties include preparing finished product samples for organoleptic evaluation, organizing taste panels for new and improved product development, running product development trials, and supporting the R&D team with ideas for new or optimized products.
