PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Protein Factory)

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a protein factory to oversee daily poultry rendering operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and ensure that production, quality, safety, and hygiene targets are consistently met. Key responsibilities include coordinating mechanical and electrical maintenance, monitoring rendering equipment, boilers, utilities, and wastewater treatment systems, and resolving operational issues with corrective actions. You will maintain production records, reduce equipment downtime, and supervise operators and technicians during daily shifts.
