MEP Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) – Hospital Maintenance Project

Zahran Company is recruiting an MEP Engineer for a Hospital Maintenance Project in Saudi Arabia, offering a salary between SR 4,500 and SR 5,000 along with accommodation, medical coverage, and insurance. The selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day functioning of MEP systems, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect equipment for defects, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues. Responsibilities also include reviewing maintenance reports, handling emergency breakdowns, coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and the facility management team, and ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer guidelines. Systems under maintenance cover medical gas, LPG, generators, UPS, elevators, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and other building MEP services. Suitable applicants should hold a relevant engineering degree and possess hands-on experience in MEP operations and maintenance, ideally within hospitals or large commercial facilities.
