The Food Dispatcher will coordinate and dispatch food orders between the store, kitchen, outlets, and delivery vehicles. The role requires strong coordination skills, basic reporting knowledge, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and dispatch food orders efficiently between
store, kitchen, outlets, and delivery teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of all food items.
• Maintain dispatch documentation, logs, and records.
• Communicate effectively with storekeepers, kitchen
staff, delivery personnel, and service outlets.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor stock movement and assist with store-
related activities when needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety & hygiene standards.
• Support operational tasks and follow instructions from
supervisors/management.
