Civil Supervisor

Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Onshore industry.
Supervise daily civil work in tank project areas, including road works, concrete repairs, retaining wall repairs, and fireproofing repairs.
Manage excavation, backfilling, compaction, formwork, rebar fixing, and concrete pouring activities.
Oversee tank foundation repairs, bund wall repairs, drainage works, and trench reinstatement.
Monitor roadwork activities such as sub-base preparation, kerb stone installation, and asphalt laying.
Handle concrete cladding repair, crack repair, patching works, and protective coating applications.
Handle concrete cladding repair, crack repair, patching works, and protective coating applications.
Coordinate with Engineer for inspections, approvals, and daily permits.
Having experience in E PTW Permit System and able to pass E PTW.
Prepare daily reports, manpower allocation plans, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
Lead, manage, and guide the workforce to ensure quality and timely completion of all civil-related tasks.
