CDP Sushi

We are seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) Sushi to lead our specialty sushi station onboard the cruise ship, delivering fresh and authentic Japanese cuisine. This role requires advanced knife skills, creativity in presentation, and a deep knowledge of sushi preparation standards. Candidates should have one to two years of professional sushi experience and strong English communication. The role comes with a great package, including free food, company accommodation, medical coverage, and transportation, with a 6-month duty and 2-month leave rotation on a 3-year contract.
