The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with a mandatory HACCP L3 certification, alongside 2 to 5 years of exclusive industrial catering experience. The role offers a competitive salary of 200 – 275 OMR plus food allowance (FFA), with duty hours of 10 to 12 hours daily and no weekly off.
